WorldTimeFinder Pro Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 September 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are the end-user licence agreement for WorldTimeFinder Pro. They are an agreement between Outgrow FZE (Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; "we", "us") and the organization that installs or subscribes to the app, together with each person who uses it ("you"). By installing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

1. The app

WorldTimeFinder Pro is a personal app for Microsoft Teams, the Microsoft 365 app, and Outlook. It shows time zones, your coworkers' local times, and your Microsoft 365 calendar on one timeline, and lets you create and edit calendar events. Users without a seat, or whose Microsoft 365 access has not been granted yet, see sample data instead.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your organization's internal business purposes. Paid features are licensed per user: each purchased seat covers one user, and seats are assigned automatically to the first people in your organization who open the app, up to the number purchased. The app is licensed, not sold, and we keep all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are per-user subscriptions sold through Microsoft Marketplace, billed monthly or annually. Current prices and any free trial are shown on the Marketplace listing at the time of purchase; a free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless it is cancelled first. Microsoft handles ordering, payment, tax, invoicing, renewal, and cancellation under your organization's agreement with Microsoft, and we never receive payment card details. Your subscription administrator can change the number of seats or cancel in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Subscriptions purchased through Microsoft Marketplace are governed by the Microsoft Marketplace Standard Contract. These Terms apply alongside it and also cover use of the app without a subscription. If they conflict for a Marketplace purchase, the Standard Contract prevails. Microsoft is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend access that breaches this section.

5. Your data and Microsoft 365 access

The app reads Microsoft 365 data through the Microsoft Graph API only with permissions that you or your Microsoft 365 administrator grant: your profile and mailbox time zone, the basic profile and time zone of people you work with, and your own calendars and events. It saves the events you create or edit to your Microsoft 365 calendar, where they stay if you stop using the app. Your organization keeps all rights to its data. We use it only to provide the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw access at any time by removing the app or revoking its permissions in Microsoft Entra ID.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the app available and correct, but it depends on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and our hosting providers, and may be interrupted for maintenance or outages. We may change, add, or remove features. Help is available on our support page and at contact@outgrow.io.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that time zone, working-hour, or calendar information is accurate. Confirm critical meeting times before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from the app or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims relating to the app or these Terms is limited to the amount your organization paid for the app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if nothing was paid. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. To stop paid access and future charges, cancel the subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Paid access ends when the subscription ends or is cancelled. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination. We keep subscription records only as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and highlight material changes in the app or communicate them to your organization's administrator. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

Except where the Standard Contract governs a Marketplace purchase, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
